1. About Us

Ideal Mental Health LLC is a private outpatient psychiatric clinic in Fort Worth, Texas, led by Daniel Arhewoh, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. 2. Our Services

We provide psychiatric evaluations and assessments, medication management, supportive therapy, and telepsychiatry for children, teens, and adults. The specific care plan for each patient is determined after an evaluation and discussed with the patient (and, for minors, their parent or guardian).

3. Not Emergency Care

This website and our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you or someone you love is experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 immediately, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or go to your nearest emergency department.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are confirmed by phone or through our contact form. Please arrive on time for in-person visits and join telehealth sessions at the scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or affect future scheduling.

5. Telehealth

Telehealth appointments are conducted through a secure video platform. You are responsible for joining from a private location with a stable internet connection. Telehealth may not be appropriate for every situation; your provider will advise you if in-person care is recommended.

6. Fees, Insurance & Payments

Fees depend on the type of visit. We accept different insurance plans; coverage varies by plan, and you are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or amounts not covered by your insurance. Please confirm your benefits with your insurer before your visit.

7. Your Responsibilities

Please provide accurate information about your health history, medications, and symptoms; follow your agreed treatment plan; and tell us promptly about side effects or changes in your condition. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

8. Website Content
