Bipolar Disorder
Bipolar disorder is a mental illness marked by fluctuating changes in moods, energy, behavior, and way of thinking. There are four types of bipolar disorder. These are Bipolar I, Bipolar II, Cyclothymic disorder, and Bipolar disorder due to another medical or substance abuse disorder and avoidance.
Depression
Depression is a condition that is marked by feelings of sadness, depressed mood, and lessened interest in activities previously enjoyed. Other common symptoms include difficulties in concentration, sleep problems, fatigue, and agitation.
Anxiety Disorders
The primary symptoms of anxiety disorders are constant worry, fear, and nervousness. These can be accompanied by stress and physical symptoms, including irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, sleeping difficulties, muscle tightness, and more.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD is a mental health condition that is caused by exposure to a traumatic event. Its symptoms include flashbacks, anxiety, changes in the way of thinking and mood, and nightmares.
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a condition where a person experiences symptoms of compulsiveness and possessiveness that can greatly affect their way of thinking and behavior. Its four general categories include checking, contamination, symmetry and ordering, and ruminations and intrusive thoughts.
ADHD
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder that has symptoms related to inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. The condition may also cause a person to have difficulties in focusing their attention on a task.
